Partnering with the global church providing much needed medical care in impoverished areas, while providing a platform to assist the church in reaching their communities with the gospel.

Training Curriculum

Our Foundations Global Trainers teach four workshops emphasizing Discipleship, Leadership, Multiplication, and Tools to Study and Teach the Bible.

Proven discipleship curriculum delivered in a ‘Come, Grow, Serve, Go’ model (translated into native languages if necessary). Optimized for believers without ready-access discipleship curriculum.

Leadership Coaching

Helping ministry leaders, locally and globally, discover their mission, vision, and values along with StrengthsFinder coaching.

Strategy & Planning

Working with global churches to develop a strategy for building their church through discipleship. Helping leaders understand the multiplication method.

Helping leaders learn, understand, and develop their top five strengths and apply those strengths to their current leadership and organizational roles.

Values Finder

Team Development Process

International trip teams experience on-going StrengthsFinder training before & after the trip, as well as walking through the Developing Workers Spiritual Pathways. Designed for growth in the midst of service.

Internships Locally and Globally

We partner with local churches and ministries around the globe to offer an internship to equip and enhance emerging leaders. We offer hands-on experience in areas of interest as we partner with pastors, mentors and ministry leaders who will empower the next generation.
