For over 28 years, Matt and Onalee Swartz have been serving together in ministry. In that entire time, the passion and heartbeat for discipleship has been lived out in their personal lives while also being involved with ministry in the local church.

Now with Developing Workers they are able to put their energy and focus on training global pastors and leaders how to end discipleship poverty through multiplying disciple-making ministries in their churches and communities.
