Developing Workers has been training pastors and leaders in the Kajaido and Malindi communities since 2009. Each year we provide training for what is billed as their annual pastor’s conference. Our commitment to training workers in Kajaido and Malindi is firm and our relationship with the people run deep.
During this trip, our team will focus on teaching and training the local pastors and leaders. Each community will benefit from 3 days of training, each and this year, the focus of this year’s training is spiritual renewal and formation.
