Become A Financial Partner
Only 2% of pastors in developing countries have had any form of training. Be a part of changing that.
We need you to partner with us to send our pastor trainers and medical teams around the world. We have been a part of planting churches in Kenya and Latin America – we want you to partner with us.
Only 2% of the pastors in developing countries have had any form of training, whatsoever. Your partnership with us offers training, encouragement, and support to pastors who have stepped into the places where people are not going.
Life changes are told through stories and the stories we have witnessed with our own eyes are made possible, 100% through financial partners.
Our Current Initiatives
We have chosen specific initiatives to help us fulfill our mission to end discipleship poverty. All financial contributions quickly transform into medical treatments, pastor training events, leader coaching, and more.

Taking forth the gospel by empowering and equipping people to serve in their God-given strengths.
Developing Workers Initiatives
We identify leaders and raise them to see the potential they have to impact the Kingdom of God. Our work is to help individuals identify whether they are being called into full-time ministry, as well as encourage those individuals who are already working vocationally in the ministry field.
Local Leader Coaching
Developing Workers strives to take forth the gospel by empowering and equipping people to serve in their God-given strengths through leadership development, and personal coaching. Developing Workers focuses on the development of the whole person and their preparation for becoming the person God has made them.
Community Safety Initiative (CSI)
The Community Safety Initiative (CSI) is designed to screen and identify children and adults who are at-risk for social/emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. Our Mobilize Medical team comes to a community and asks a few simple questions of each individual, via a translator.
We offer opportunities to directly impact individuals, families, and communities we partner with who faced crisis as a result of the 2020 pandemic. Developing Workers created the Crisis Fund to aid Kenyan pastors in need and Legacy of Hope Loans to empower small business leaders to become independent and self-sustaining.
Developing Workers Global desires to invest in next generation leaders by equipping the saints for the work of the ministry. This scholarship is for Arizona Christian University or Grand Canyon University students who meet the requirements and have a calling to full-time Christian ministry.
Each of our medical clinics held in the nations we visit include the expensive piece of administering medicine. Many lives have been significantly impacted and can continue to be through the provision of medication to treat disease and illness.
Many of us have more than one Bible in our possession, but that is not true around the world. Only 2% of pastors globally have training and Bible resources. Will you help us put Bibles in the hands of pastors in their language?
Developing Workers is able to accept donations in the form of stock, government (including municipal) debt and corporate debt through the Depository Trust Company (DTC). For security, settlement and reduced paperwork, electronic transfer through the DTC is preferred. This can be arranged from most brokerage accounts.
