There are roughly 3 million pastors globally, and 90 percent of them have never been trained or equipped to lead their churches. Developing Workers is committed to helping pastors and leaders see their churches become prevailing forces for change in their communities.
We provide free training workshops, free discipleship material, and ongoing coaching and mentoring to help pastors identify and equip leaders in their churches who will help multiply a disciple-making movement through their church.
