The scriptures are clear the harvest is ripe and the workers are few. While many desire to serve, lead and go, there is an absence of preparation and support for these kingdom workers, leading to burnout, frustrations, and ultimately failure.
We desire to develop, empower and send workers locally and globally. Informed by our dedication to the scriptures, our mission is to cultivate and nourish healthy spiritual lives for all people. Specifically, we seek to fulfill our mission by developing workers to mobilize ministry, so that Kingdom workers genuinely leave a legacy.

Belief
How It All Began
Developing Workers was founded by Michael Parker in 2009, as he felt called to leave his pastor position at Grace Community Church, after 19 years of ministry to follow a desire to coach church leaders locally and globally towards their mission, vision, and values. Michael began partnering with different people throughout Arizona at varying levels of ministry and life, with the goal of helping them find their calling and better utilize their strengths in their given areas of service. Through these coaching opportunities, Michael was able to establish relationships with organizations internationally as well, which led to a partnership with global communities to provide pastoral training.
As these relationships continue to develop and grow, the path to providing Christian leaders in impoverished areas with pastoral training and education has become more pronounced. In 2017, Developing Workers transitioned to a multi-pronged ministry: Leader Coaching and Development, Foundations Global, and Mobilize Medical. The 3 arms of ministry were formed in order to continue the movement of ministering to the whole person. This movement added several members to the team and officially moved Developing Workers to a non-profit. Leader Coaching and Development provides pastoral training and life coaching to ministry workers here in the United states and beyond. Foundations Global provides pastoral training to pastors in developing countries to further the Great Commission and in turn create a disciple-making movement in their communities. Mobilize Medical is the medical resources team that provides medical attention in impoverished areas.
Developing Workers strives to take forth the gospel by empowering and equipping people to serve in their God-given strengths through leadership development and personal coaching. Developing Workers focuses on the development of the whole person and their preparation for becoming the person God has made them to be.
Statement of Faith
We Believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, it is infallible, and the final authority for all Christian faith and practice.
We believe there is one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the eternally existent Creator and sustainer of all life, who remains active in human affairs.
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human; he was born of a virgin, lived in human flesh, died for our sins, rose from the dead, ascended into heaven and will return to finally establish God’s Kingdom here on Earth.
We believe the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, and empowers believers to live Christ-like lives, and enables them to walk in the fruit of the Spirit. He teaches us to pray, discern truth, and demonstrate the gospel.
We believe the church is spiritually made up of all who have trusted Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord. The church is called to worship God, preach the good news of God’s grace, work as ambassador’s of the Kingdom, and encourage growth in the Christian walk.
We believe that humanity was created in the image of God and even though sin has effaced the image of God it did not erase it. The Image of God is the basis for the value, uniqueness, and equality of every human.
We believe that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, which makes him the exclusive pathway to God and salvation.
