A Resource: Leading Out of Crisis

Navigating 2 years of pandemic, cultural crisis, and global struggle has left most all of us disoriented at times and in need of care.  Yet who is to care for those who are leading and shepherding us as we are ministered to?

Walking through one extreme to another the past couple years has taken its toll on church leadership.

Church leaders are not just tired.  Many are depleted.

Developing Workers is here to walk alongside them, in essence being a Barnabas to the John Mark of the Bible, ministering to them and empowering them in their calling.

And today, we encourage you as a leader – or a church member blessed by church leaders – to check out this resource for yourself or to share.

In “leadership language”, Craig Groeschel explains that he has never led in a season like our current times – as is the case for you and any other leaders locally and around the world.

He characterizes the adjustments leaders have made in the last 2 years of extended crisis as crisis-leadership.  And he aims to support leaders in the best steps for leading out of crisis.

Listen today as he reflects and begins part 1 of empowering leaders to move from leading during a crisis to leading out of crisis.

Developing Workers pours into pastors and leaders through life-on-life encouragement, coaching and development, and the empowerment to live out their specific mission, vision, and values.

Check out the means and resources to train and empower pastors through our team today!
