Developing Workers strives to open the door for the gospel by empowering and equipping church leaders to serve. We explore with them their God-given strengths through leadership development and personal coaching. DW identifies leaders and raises them to see the potential they have to impact the Kingdom of God. Our work is to help individuals identify whether they are being called into full-time ministry, as well as encourage those individuals who are already working vocationally in the ministry field.
This week, we want to share with you a joyful report from a church we partner with and serve as our work with them continues.
“Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
This past year has been a year of opening up again and beginning to move forward. After a year and a half of COVID-19, we were able to safely open up in person to worship again. It was a true blessing to gather together in person to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
In this past year, we have expanded our capabilities of extending the Kingdom of God outward as we now livestream our services as well as have them on demand and also have a presence on Facebook. This, mind you, is always a work in progress.
This past year, we have also hired consultants Developing Workers to help give us a new direction in our congregation. We look forward to working with them as God shows us our future day by day….”
