Team Development Process
Developing Workers strives to take forth the gospel by empowering and equipping people to serve in their God-given strengths through leadership development, and personal coaching. We focus on the development of the whole person and their preparation for becoming the person God has made them.
In addition to providing holistic care to the communities they serve, Developing Workers is also invested in equipping their team members before, during and after the trips. The teams dive into their strengths and talents through Clifton Strengths. It is a platform for Developing Workers to lift up team members and donors by encouraging them to identify their personal strengths and areas of influence. After the Clifton Strengths Assessment, each member has a one-hour coaching session with a Christian life coach before they go on the trip in order to ensure that they are ready to effectively pour into and uplift those they will serve.
We believe each team member brings very unique talents to the table. Each one plays a very necessary part of the team, this is key for a team to function properly and effectively. We value and invest in our team members and in exchange they value and pour into the people and communities they serve, locally and globally.
