Michael has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Bible and Youth Ministry from Arizona College of the Bible, and a Master’s of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Michael spent 19 years in various areas of ministry at Grace Community Church as an intern, Youth Pastor, Pastor of Student Ministry, and Pastor of Community Development. In 2009, Michael responded to God’s calling to start Developing Workers and be a “Barnabas” to mentor and coach leaders locally, globally and virtually. 

Michael and Chris have been married since 1993 and have six children. Their two oldest, Jeremy and Charis, are married. Kendra and Cassidy are both working in their careers, and their twin boys that they adopted in 2018 when the boys were 6 years old keep Michael and Chris busy! 

Michael enjoys traveling with family, games, camping, coffee, mentoring, and adventures.
